EUROPE IN FRAME EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS LICENCE Version 1.0 1. Licence scope Exclusive rights are granted only according to the specific territory, duration, intended use and exclusivity scope agreed and recorded for the transaction. 2. Commercial use Commercial use is permitted within the agreed exclusive-rights scope. 3. Attribution Attribution is not required unless separately agreed. 4. Territory and duration The applicable territory and duration are those recorded for the transaction. A worldwide designation does not by itself define the scope or duration of exclusivity. 5. Resale and redistribution The licensed photograph may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed as a standalone asset unless expressly included in the negotiated terms. 6. Ownership Copyright and ownership of the underlying photograph remain with the copyright holder unless an explicit written copyright assignment states otherwise. An exclusive licence does not by itself transfer copyright. 7. Exclusivity The precise exclusivity granted, including applicable media, market, territory, duration and permitted use, must be defined as part of the transaction. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved. 8. Restrictions The photograph may not be used unlawfully, deceptively or beyond the exclusive scope recorded for the transaction. 9. Version These are the Exclusive Rights Licence terms, version 1.0. Transaction-specific terms supplement this document and control the precise scope of exclusivity.
